So-We are looking for a Film Production Intern to join our team in September 2025!

Quickly growing So-We team is getting busy with various visual projects and is looking for a passionate and motivated Film Production Intern to join us in September and support our production team.

We are excited to work with you if you are:

• Passionate about filmmaking and production process;
• Studying or have a background in filmmaking, audiovisual design, or a related field;
• Have skills in scheduling, location scouting, coordinating crews, or editing tools;
• Proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on;

• Energised by a dynamic work environment and able to adapt to shifting tasks.
• Comfortable with spontaneity – flexibility is a plus!

As an intern, you'll work closely with our producers and be involved in:

• Planning, scheduling, and organizing shoot logistics;

• Attending technical and production meetings;

• Supporting various stages of film production with related tasks;

• Taking care of our social media pages;

• Attending and supporting the team during shoots.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain film production experience and grow alongside the So-We team.

Location: Rotterdam

Duration: September – February 2025
