So-we is ready to welcome a new intern to join our team!

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Film Production Intern to join our team in September 2026 and support both our production and online presence. We are especially excited to work with someone who enjoys combining film production with social media and marketing, as we are actively expanding our visibility and voice online.

We’d love to work with you if you are:
• Based in Rotterdam.
• A current BA or MA student in filmmaking, audiovisual design, media, marketing, or a related field.
• Passionate about filmmaking and the production process.
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus, and any other languages are a plus).
• Strong interest in and understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital engagement.
• Familiar with scheduling, crew coordination, or editing tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
• Energized by a dynamic work environment and able to adapt to shifting tasks.
• Comfortable with spontaneity—flexibility is a big plus.

As an intern, you will work closely with our producers and be involved in:
• Planning, scheduling, and organizing shoot logistics.
• Attending and supporting the team during shoots.
• Managing and growing our social media channels.
• Creating and planning content to strengthen So-We’s online presence.
• Assisting with marketing ideas and digital communication.

This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on film production experience while developing social media and marketing skills and to grow alongside the So-We team.
Location: Rotterdam
Compensation: 250 euros per month.
Duration: September–January 2027, 4 days a week.
